The industry development of plastic composite building materials (building template, furniture board, decorative board, packaging board, the material series products) is in line with national industrial policy. It falls into the national key support of the “circular economy, strategic emerging industries” category with 5 supports and 2 advantages.
1. Five supports
(1) Policy support. Our country has promulgated and formulated the on Accelerating the Development of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industry Opinions, the Development Strategy of Circular Economy and the Recent Action Plan,”12th Five Year” Energy-saving emission Reduction Planning, “12th Five Year” Development Plan of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection, and so on. The company has plastic composite building template independent core technology, and has obtained 3 patents of utility model; it establishes a close cooperation mechanisms with colleges at home and abroad, research institutes and enterprises that have technical advantages in relevant field, forming a continuous innovation capability by the combination of research and production. Currently, negotiations with Germany and Italy equipment manufacturers are going on positively. We are striving to let the production techniques, technical equipment and product quality reach the international advanced level by the introduction of international first-class production equipment. 2. Two advantages
(1) Resource-saving advantages. Production of composite plastic template mainly uses waste plastic. An annual output of 100000000 square meters composite template, furniture board, decorative board, packaging board and other series of products means about 1000000 tons use of waste plastic each year, which saves 4500000 cubic meters of logs, equaling to annual savings of 54000 hectares of forest area.
